WHO WE ARE

WE ARE tialt
We believe in
-
Respect
Everyone’s experiences are worth exploring. This is how we can better understand each other and practice mutual care. Human progress is only achievable when we can listen and be heard. Creativity is a wonderful starting point for this process.
-
Care
We want people involved in research to gain something from that process. This could include learning about themselves, other people or the world. We want research participants to take an active role in designing the process and to minimise potential harm or exploitation at all times.
-
Fairness
We will do whatever we can to make society fairer and to break down unnecessary barriers between individuals and groups. We think ideas from social psychology can be brought alive in more creative and participatory ways to improve social relationships; within and across borders and narrowly defined identity groups.
